Before completing your booking, please take a moment to read the important information below regarding discounts, delivery fees, and area restrictions.

Rental Duration & Discounts

1 – 2 days: No discount
3 – 5 days: 10% discount on the total amount
6 – 10 days: 20% discount on the total amount
11 + days: 25% discount on the total amount

* Discounts are applied automatically during checkout.

Cancellation Policy

We offer free cancellation for all bookings, as long as it is made at least 10 days before the scheduled pick-up date.
You can cancel your reservation easily through your personal booking page — no need to contact us.
If you prefer, you can also reach out and we’ll be happy to cancel it for you.

In both cases, the full amount you paid will be refunded with no extra fees.

Pick-up & Drop-off Locations

Base areas (available for all bookings):

Malia (office or surroundings), Stalis, Hersonissos, Sissi

Extended areas (available from 3 days and up with extra charge):

Gouves, Heraklion (Airport, Port, City), Agios Nikolaos

Important rules:
• If your rental is 1–2 days, pick-up drop-off is only possible in the base areas.
• For rentals 3–5 days, extended areas are available with a €25 return fee.
• If your rental is 6 days or more, return is free of charge from all locations.
